The Member hereby acknowledge and agree that the services offered - and their corresponding renumeration structures - are subject to availability and may fluctuate/change without prior notification to the Member. The parties agree that such price variations are deemed to be automatically incorporated into this agreement, and that the most recent pricing shall govern the renumeration required for services rendered.
